Creating Dry & Wet Chains
With Live’s workflow, we can parallel process signals through audio effects on Return Tracks using Send Levels. However, we’re only limited to using 12 Return tracks inside a project. Here is another way to parallel process signals directly on your Audio and MIDI tracks. This technique can be a great way to independently adjust the levels of a Dry (unaffected) signal and a Wet (affected) signal without losing volume from either. Furthermore, there is no limitation on how many times we can use it!
