This course is about stereo imaging techniques - we'll break down “Get It Right” by Diplo (feat. Mo) and cover a wide range of stereo imaging techniques that go from subtle to extreme. From the piano, the verses, pre-chorus, and vocal sample in the drop, there are numerous effective uses of stereo imaging, and we will use these as starting points to discuss various techniques such as the Haas effect, layering and panning, algorithmic vs. convolution reverb, 3D movement, etc. using tools such as Live's Utility effect, Audio Effect Racks, and Ozone's Imager.
