In the following course, we'll study vocal chopping techniques using Ableton Live. Using DJ Snake's hit song, Magenta Riddim as a reference track, we'll look at various ways to achieve sounds similar those found in that song. We're going to look at quite a few of the excellent built-in tools that Ableton Live offers for slicing and rearranging audio. The goal of this course is not only to teach you the many ways you can chop vocals, but also to encourage you to think about Ableton's toolset in a creative way, for any type of audio manipulation. Practicing the techniques in this course will give you lots of great ideas in other realms of audio as well.
